What Prodgator gives you

  • The four DORA metrics, each compared with the previous period. They need the Team plan or higher. DORA metrics.
  • SPACE metrics for the whole organization or one repository, with no per-person scores. They need the Business plan. SPACE metrics.
  • Pull request gates and deployment gates, so a change can be held, not only reported on. Gates.
  • GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps and Jenkins in one list. Integrations.

What to check before you move

  • Make a list of the Flow reports your teams open every week, and check each against the features page.
  • Prodgator calculates metrics from the runs and deployments it receives, and its definitions are on the DORA metrics page. Expect numbers to differ from Flow's where definitions differ.
  • Prodgator does not replace R&D cost reporting or capacity planning.
