Questions
Who counts as a contributor?
Anyone who opens or pushes to a pull request in a connected repository, or triggers a pipeline run, in a calendar month (UTC). A person on several providers counts once, and bots never count. Viewers are free: people who only read dashboards and runs are never counted. Approvers are whoever a policy names, and approving a deployment or a pull request does not make someone a billed contributor.
What happens if a Free organization has more than five contributors?
Nothing stops. Gates and run ingestion keep working. Admins see a banner and get an email asking them to pick a paid plan.
When will pricing be announced?
At launch. Join the waitlist and we will email you the prices when they are set.
Which git providers can I connect?
GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps, on every plan. What each provider supports differs a little: see the pages for Bitbucket, GitLab and Azure DevOps teams.
What are AI credits?
Each AI action, such as explaining a failure, costs a fixed number of credits. Business and Enterprise include a monthly allowance that grows with your contributors, and unused monthly credits do not carry over. Extra credits come in packs that stay valid for 12 months. See the AI docs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings in the app. Questions about billing go to sales@prodgator.io.
